Originally from Mystic, CT, in 2016 Haley relocated to western NY where she attended the Rochester Institute of Technology. After receiving her degree in ASL interpreting in 2018 she decided to stay in Rochester for work. Haley also fell in love with a Tinder date. Now with kids, dogs, and a house, it’s probably not casual.

Growing up, Haley learned hand building techniques in various art clubs and classes; high school pottery club, making clay pipes to smoke out of in her first apartment, and college course electives. Fast forward to fall of 2024 and Haley finally takes her first wheel throwing class. After years of not touching clay, she remembers how much she loves creating functional art.

Haley is a member of Flower City Arts Center in Rochester, NY. She also creates in her home studio (a wheel and table tucked into the back of a well stocked garage). Most nights, Haley can be found barefoot throwing on the wheel or painting a reverse mermaid while listening to her latest spicy romantasy novel.* When not potting, she enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, and rescuing dogs.
